Joel C. Rosenberg
Joel C. Rosenberg and his wife, Lynn, founded The Joshua Fund, a nonprofit educational and charitable organization, in 2006 with the mission to mobilize Christians to "bless Israel and her neighbors in the name of Jesus, according to Genesis 12:1-3."
As a communications strategist, Joel has worked with some of the world’s most influential leaders in business, politics and media, including former Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Natan Sharansky, and then-former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. As an author, he has been interviewed on more than 300 radio and TV programs. He has been profiled by several national and international publications. He has addressed audiences all over the world, including Russia, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, Germany and the Philippines. He has spoken at the White House, the Pentagon, the U.S. Capitol and the European Union Parliament.
Born to a Jewish father and a Gentile mother, Joel is an evangelical Christian. His grandparents escaped Russian persecution of the Jews in the early part of the twentieth century. Joel graduated from Syracuse University in 1989 and studied at Tel Aviv University. He received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Davis College in 2012. Joel and Lynn have four sons and live in Israel.
